Assist users through the onboarding process and provide step-by-step support.
Handle inquiries regarding account setup, platform navigation, and general troubleshooting.
Provide real-time guidance for online transactions (e.g., deposits, withdrawals, account verifications).
Execute aggressive outreach strategies — frequent posting, following up with leads, and staying persistent.
Report performance metrics, conversion rates, and user feedback to the project team.
