Sr Lead Artist

Roles and Responsibilites:-

• Expert in core animation principles (key poses, squash/stretch, anticipation, follow-through).

• Knowledgeable in Esoteric Spine, asset preparation, and skeletal animation.

• Skilled in sketching, drawing, and foundational artistry with technical precision.

• Understands animation limitations for games and navigates them creatively.

• Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Animate, After Effects) for storyboards, assets, and FX.

• Experienced with production tools (MS Teams, Monday.com, Google Docs, etc.).

• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, internally and externally.

• Strong understanding of slot game mechanics and interest in gambling industry trends.

• Curious about innovation and competitor analysis.

• Driven with a proactive attitude toward task completion.

What We're Looking For

• Minimum 4+ years’ experience in 2D animation work.

• Adobe Creative Suite

• Flash

• Spine (EsotericSoftware)

• Photoshop

• Illustrator
