User Acquisition Manager (Games)

We are looking for an experienced UAM from the mobile gaming industry to drive growth to our casual games.

As the User Acquisition Manager, you will own the mobile performance marketing which means managing significant budgets for customer acquisition campaigns, doing more and more creativity iterations, media buying tests, and using all mobile app advertising channels and mobile ad networks to hit the ROI goals.

You will have a direct impact on the success of our games and apps.

• Developing and optimizing UA channels;

• Implementing tools for traffic assessment, campaign analysis, and more;

• Generating creative concepts;

• Running experiments to assess procurement effectiveness and analyzing results;

• Performing cohort analysis and identifying insights;

• Collaborating closely with the monetization and product teams.

Якого професіонала шукаємо?

• The last 2 years of experience in UA within gamedev;

• Experience with AppLovin in the past few months — is a must;

• English proficiency at Intermediate level or higher.
