We are looking for a dedicated and experienced VIP Account Manager to join our team and help strengthen our relationships with key players in the iGaming space. Your main mission will be to ensure client satisfaction, retain valuable players, and drive engagement.

Build and maintain long-term relationships with VIP clients, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and loyalty.
Re-engage and retain former VIP players, boosting their activity and involvement.
Identify potential VIP clients in online casinos and convert them into loyal customers.
Ensure positive client feedback regarding our services and player care.
Become proficient in using our back office (admin panel), bonus systems, and providing quality feedback to customers.
Manage player communication, including addressing concerns, handling negativity, and creating personalized offers to sustain player interest.
Monitor financial performance within the player base and work on strategies to increase overall profitability.
Якого професіонала шукаємо?
Hands-on experience in online gambling at least one year is a must (ideally focused on Western markets).
Strong English skills (B2+ level) and tech-savvy.
High adaptability, with flexibility to work early or late hours (not night shifts).
