Affiliate Manager

At Aya Games, we're developing an open-world mobile RPG. In our game, players can communicate with each other, buy cars and houses, get jobs, join street gangs or become part of the police force.

We're currently looking for a Partnership Manager to join our team!

For which tasks (responsibilities)?

During the probation period:

• Managing our referral program partners: attracting new bloggers, affiliates, and traffic arbitrage specialists;

• Supporting current partners: answering questions and assisting with technical issues (links, tracking, promo launches);

• Handling inbound partnership requests: partners often reach out themselves — you’ll need to respond quickly, help them get started, and make sure we don’t lose any potential leads;

• Communicating through messengers and email: building loyal and long-term relationships.

After the probation period, your responsibilities will expand to include:

• Analyzing partner traffic: identifying high-quality sources, underperforming ones, evaluating channels, suggesting strategy adjustments, and recommending improvements for the affiliate program;

• Preparing payouts, reports, and analytics.

What kind of professional are we looking for?

• Experience in partnership marketing, CPA networks, traffic arbitrage, or mobile game promotion;

• Strong communication skills, proactivity, and a sense of responsibility;

• Familiarity with AI tools (translators and neural network-based assistants) — for communicating with partners from Brazil and Latin America;

• Confident in working with spreadsheets and a basic understanding of analytics;

• Experience in gamedev or a passion for games is a plus.
