Proven experience in iGaming, ideally as an Affiliate Manager or Support Manager.
Strong initiative and excellent communication skills.
Fluent in Kazakh.
Minimum 6 months of experience in affiliate management within the gambling or betting sector.
A strong network of verified partners providing high-quality traffic is a plus.
Exceptional negotiation skills, both online and offline.
Ability to work in a dynamic, fast-paced environment and achieve set objectives.
