Account for and assess the effectiveness of current partnerships.
Resolve any conflict situations promptly and professionally.
Set clear goals for partners, working together to scale traffic and performance.
Maintain accurate reports and documentation on all activities and achievements.

Proven experience in iGaming, ideally as an Affiliate Manager or Support Manager.
Strong initiative and excellent communication skills.
Fluent in Kazakh.
Minimum 6 months of experience in affiliate management within the gambling or betting sector.
A strong network of verified partners providing high-quality traffic is a plus.
Exceptional negotiation skills, both online and offline.
Ability to work in a dynamic, fast-paced environment and achieve set objectives.
