PIN-UP Global is represented in seven countries (Cyprus, Ukraine, Poland, Kazakhstan, Armenia, Peru, Malta). The holding’s headquarters is located in Cyprus.
Due to active growth and the need for centralized management of the commercial function, we are looking for a Chief Commercial Officer (CCO) to lead the development and implementation of a unified commercial strategy across all B2B divisions of the group.
For which tasks (responsibilities)?
- Develop and implement a unified commercial strategy for all B2B companies within the holding;
- Provide functional leadership to all heads of sales departments across B2B business units;
- Roll out a single CRM system adapted to a multi-product architecture;
- Design and execute a cross-selling system across products and business lines;
- Analyze the market, competitive landscape, and customer needs to shape a strong commercial offering;
- Define and monitor key financial and operational KPIs: revenue, margin, CAC, LTV, and others;
- Optimize and standardize sales processes and funnels across all verticals;
- Participate in new product development and market positioning;
- Build and lead a BizDev / Strategic Sales team if needed;
- Work closely with CMO, CPO, CEO, and other C-level stakeholders;
- Prepare commercial reports for investors and the board of directors.
What kind of professional are we looking for?
- Proven experience as a CCO / Commercial Director / VP of Sales in international B2B companies — ideally in iGaming, SaaS, fintech, or tech sectors;
- Deep understanding of B2B sales: long-cycle deals, key accounts, partnerships, negotiations, upselling and cross-selling;
- Hands-on experience in building and scaling sales teams;
- Experience implementing and managing CRM systems (HubSpot, Salesforce, etc.);
- Strong strategic thinking skills with a data-driven mindset;
- Excellent communication and leadership abilities;
- Fluent English and Russian (C1 level or higher).
