Technical Director

Vizor Games is the developer behind games played by millions of people all over the world.
Our Klondike Adventures team is looking for a Technical Director to take charge of the project's technical aspects and metrics.

We're looking for a candidate with strong technical expertise who can work closely with the development and testing teams and has a deep understanding of the project's business needs. The ability to think strategically, find optimal solutions, and collaborate constructively with other teams and departments is crucial.

For which tasks (responsibilities)?

• Participate in task planning with the creative producer and project manager.

• Monitor and maintain the project's technical metrics.

• Work together with the project's developers and other related technical teams.

• Be involved in technical discussions, analyze problems, and look for solutions.

• Be proactive in identifying technical issues as well as opportunities to optimize and improve current solutions.

• Translate business ideas into clear technical tasks.

• Oversee the execution of technical tasks and their results.

• Prioritize tasks based on the project's current goals and status.

What kind of professional are we looking for?

• 8+ years of experience in commercial game development.

• 3+ years of experience in managing technical teams.

• Experience managing technically complex projects and coordinating several teams.

• Experience with different game engines (not limited to Unity).
