For which tasks (responsibilities)?
As a User Acquisition Team Lead you’ll oversee, grow and run digital marketing strategy for Plure portfolio of games to drive daily active users and revenue. You will also manage marketing budgets to gain better business results.
What you will do:
Define and build User Acquisition strategy: countries, budgets, channels and products;
Lead marketing department team ensuring consistent achievement of acquisition targets;
Manage and optimize performance of UA campaigns, using self-service dashboard, as well as relationship with agencies, hitting all target KPIs;
Measure and optimize key performance metrics to achieve ROI and growth targets;
Build media buying strategies and techniques based on past performance of assigned User Acquisition networks;
Build and manage the creative team department;
Drive A/B multivariate testing and present results to Production teams;
Conduct market research and competitors benchmarking.
What kind of professional are we looking for?
You have prior experience as User Acquisition Manager/Marketing team lead;
You worked with performance driven UA in F2P Web/Mobile games or apps with a huge audience and high volume budgets;
You have solid knowledge of digital marketing technologies including web analytics, search engine marketing, display marketing, social marketing, web site usability etc.;
You executed successful campaigns with multiple targets, geos, demographics, etc.;
You used to build and maintain effective relationships with ad partners to drive campaign performance to it’s best;
You are proficient in both written and spoken English (B2 as a minimum).

You have managerial experience;
