Na jakie zadania (obowiązki)?

• Deliver the highest quality Stylized assets that comply with game design guidelines;

• Full cycle Stylized Weapon and Environment props modeling;

• Creation of high-quality assets based on concepts;

• Ensure all art assets meet the high-quality standard expected for the game. This could involve conducting regular reviews and providing constructive criticism;

• Communication with the customer and discussion of the stages of game development, proposing ideas and drawing up a pipeline.

Jakiego specjalisty szukamy?

• 3+ years experience in high-quality photoreal and stylized Weapon Creation;

• Software knowledge: 3dsMax/Maya/Blender, Zbrush, Substance Painter/Designer, UE5;

• Knowledge of form, silhouette design, and detail hierarchy;

• Sculpting and poly modeling skills for generating 3D assets;

• Experience creating PBR textures and a strong understanding of the PBR texturing workflow;

• Communication skills and the ability to receive, interpret, analyze and execute direction and changes coming from the Art Director and other stakeholders.

• At least an Intermediate level of English.
