3+ years of hands-on experience in affiliate marketing or campaign management (preferably in iGaming);

A sharp understanding of digital marketing, traffic acquisition, and affiliate ecosystems;
Strong communication skills — you know how to build trust and keep it;
Data-savvy with the ability to turn numbers into strategies;
Tech-friendly mindset: tracking tools, postbacks, landing pages — you speak the language;
Thrive in cross-functional teams and never shy away from a challenge;
Self-starter with a results-driven approach.
