3+ years experience as a Recruiter or Talent Acquisition Manager
Experience with full-cycle recruitment for art-based roles with an understanding of relevant skills and portfolios
The skills necessary to partner with hiring managers and management for all things related to recruiting
The ability to communicate clearly and proactively with all parties throughout the recruitment cycle
Proficiency in leading initiatives, including our referral program and more
Passion for the gaming industry

Create and implement an effective recruitment strategy
Use market-driven insights and recruiting funnel metrics to improve your search strategy and build a trusting relationship with hiring managers
Research, identify, and share best practices across teams in terms of tools and processes
