Our client is a new-generation games partner for top independent development studios, with a focus on the rapidly growing mobile and tablet markets. The company empowers elite developers with expert resources, operational support, and funding to give carefully selected games mainstream success.

Na jakie zadania (obowiązki)?

• Senior UAM will plan, develop and launch user acquisition campaigns across awesome games spanning a variety of channels worldwide.

• Provide traffic attraction, traffic optimization, scaling, monitoring the quality of traffic, the formation and tracking of KPIs.

• Analyze the effectiveness of advertising campaigns, maximize ROAS for each game, channel and user cohort, ensuring acquired customers meet objectives for overall revenue and volume.

• Provide the best UA service offering of the market in the Ukrainian studio.

• Collaborate with creative teams to construct exciting campaigns, landing pages, creative directions, and messaging.

• Work closely with the Data team to consistently upgrade and enhance our UA Tech.
  

Jakiego specjalisty szukamy?

• Positive attitude, passion for games, and a love for problem-solving.

• 2+ years of mobile experience managing mobile performance-based user acquisition campaigns.

• Highly analytical, with a deep understanding of cohort analysis and customer acquisition metrics including LTV, CPC, CPA, and payback period.

• Experience with A/B and multivariate testing and creative, copy, and landing page development.

• Knowledge of English at the upper-intermediate level.
