Customer Support Agent

Strikerz Inc. is a videogame-creating collective and an international gaming brand launched in 2016 by a handful of people involved with online football. Currently, there are 270+ of us spread over 5 regional offices in various locations across Europe or working from home (yes, we love it too). Strikerz Inc. is the force behind the UFL, the ongoing online football videogame revolution. Being fans, we aim at offering our players an unprecedented gaming experience available on all major platforms.

In the Customer Support team, we aim to deliver truly exceptional support to our players through a shared commitment of passion, consideration, collaboration & innovation.

As a Customer Support Agent, you will be addressing a variety of player inquiries in a personalized, friendly, and informative manner, providing an exceptional customer experience.

We're looking for someone who shares our passion for football and gaming and is committed to helping gamers. That’s it. The rest will be provided from our side (tools, education, opportunities).

Тasks:

• Providing exceptional customer service to our players by troubleshooting and resolving all issues;

• Demonstrating a deep knowledge of the UFL game;

• Taking personal ownership and providing a stunning player experience as measured through CSAT and internal SLAs;

• Perform other tasks as assigned by the manager within the scope of job responsibilities

• Fluent in English language skills spoken and written;

• Excellent written communication skills;

• User-focused, passionate, solutions-focused, and innovative;

• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail;

• Strong interpersonal skills and desire to provide an excellent customer experience;

• Ability to manage time effectively;

Will be a plus:

• Will be a plus fluent in any of these languages: Spanish/French/German/Italian/Brazilian Portuguese/Turkish/Arabic/Russian

• Passionate gamer, even better - UFL closed test participant

• Experience in a customer-facing role

• Quick thinker – work proactively
