Game Designer - SG Studio (RnD)

We want to focus on a broad range of puzzle games and are looking for a Game Designer to join the new RnD unit of SG Studio - our in-house studio.

На які завдання (обов'язки)?

• Game development and management at various stages, from concept to live ops.

• Working with game mechanics: developing concepts and technical specifications.

• Preparing, managing, and delivering features to production.

• Working with analytics: analyzing released mechanics, forming hypotheses based on data to improve current mechanics and the project as a whole.

• Checking and evaluating game quality at different stages of development through build reviews.

• Tracking new products and potentially interesting features in other games.

Якого професіонала шукаємо?

• 3+ years of experience as a Game Designer.

• Experience in creating and maintaining documentation (concepts, GDD, balance sheets).

• Experience in supporting feature development from concept to release.

• Experience with LiveOps and monetization.

• Understanding of key game product metrics and ability to propose hypotheses for A/B testing.

Will be a plus:

• Experience with puzzle projects.

• Experience as a level designer.

• Experience as a Feature Owner/Lead.

• Experience in RnD.
