We want to focus on a broad range of puzzle games and are looking for a Game Designer to join the new RnD unit of SG Studio - our in-house studio.
For which tasks (responsibilities)?
Game development and management at various stages, from concept to live ops.
Working with game mechanics: developing concepts and technical specifications.
Preparing, managing, and delivering features to production.
Working with analytics: analyzing released mechanics, forming hypotheses based on data to improve current mechanics and the project as a whole.
Checking and evaluating game quality at different stages of development through build reviews.
Tracking new products and potentially interesting features in other games.
What kind of professional are we looking for?
3+ years of experience as a Game Designer.
Experience in creating and maintaining documentation (concepts, GDD, balance sheets).
Experience in supporting feature development from concept to release.
Experience with LiveOps and monetization.
Understanding of key game product metrics and ability to propose hypotheses for A/B testing.
Will be a plus:
Experience with puzzle projects.
Experience as a level designer.
Experience as a Feature Owner/Lead.
Experience in RnD.
