Influencer Marketing Manager

We're developing a mobile F2P Midcore Action Roleplay game where players chat, buy cars and homes, get jobs, and choose to either join a street gang or become part of the police force.

We’re looking for an Influencer Marketing Manager to join our team.

На які завдання (обов'язки)?

• Develop and execute a strategy for paid influencer collaborations;

• Build a strategy for working with grassroots and community creators;

• Organize in-game events involving influencers;

• Scout and negotiate with influencers on YouTube, Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, Twitch, and Kick to grow our community creator base;

• Participate in the development of a revenue share program for influencers;

• Optimize the performance funnel: CPM → CPI → ROAS (D3, D7, D14…) → LTV, including promo codes, DeepLinks, and App Store / Google Play referrer tracking;

• Collaborate with data analysts to create dashboards and reporting tools;

• Test hypotheses, scale winning strategies, and manage the influencer marketing budget;

• Build a robust system of metrics and reporting to measure influencer impact on key business outcomes.

Якого професіонала шукаємо?

• 2+ years of experience in influencer marketing in mobile gaming and/or gamedev;

• Experience managing influencer campaigns with $300K+ quarterly budgets;

• Deep expertise in ROI-driven campaigns: blended ROAS, attribution models (AppsFlyer, Adjust, Branch);

• Existing connections with influencer agencies in LATAM / MENA / SEA regions;

• Strong communication skills and experience in complex negotiations;

• Solid understanding of key marketing and product metrics in mobile games;

• Knowledge of the influencer marketing landscape: you understand the difference between PewDiePie and MrBeast, and can explain why a campaign with Dr Disrespect could be risky;

• English proficiency at C1 level or higher.

Nice to have:

• Experience launching games in action, shooter, or open-world genres;

• Personal network of top-tier influencer contacts in Latin America, Southeast Asia, or the Middle East;

• Familiarity with RP (roleplay) game projects, especially GTA RP servers.
