Values Value is a recruiting company specializing in game development. We are looking for a Matte Painter (Promo & Marketing Artist) for one of our clients — a product company developing the leading MMO sandbox action game for mobile devices. Their project currently has an audience of over 15 million users.

На які завдання (обов'язки)?

• Creating large-scale artworks (banners, posters, covers) for marketing purposes, advertising campaigns, and social media.

• Rendering scenes in 3D (Blender, Unreal Engine, or any other preferred software).

• Selecting and placing assets, setting up lighting, materials, and camera angles to achieve a high-quality base render.

• Using photobashing, overpainting, compositing and post-processing to achieve the desired quality and style.

• Finalizing images in a 2D editor (Photoshop or similar software).

• Maintaining consistency in the visual style and overall artistic direction of the project.

Якого професіонала шукаємо?

• A portfolio showcasing marketing artwork, matte painting, or compositing work with visible use of 3D renders is preferred.

• Understanding of how to work with 3D scenes, including setting up lighting, materials, and cameras (Blender, Unreal Engine, or other tools of choice).

• Proficiency in Photoshop (or equivalent software) at a high level.

• Ability to perform final post-processing, retouching, and detailed overpainting.

• Skill in seamlessly blending 3D renders, photos, and hand-painted elements into a cohesive illustration.

• Strong understanding of composition and lighting.

• Ability to frame a shot effectively, direct focus, and convey atmosphere within a scene.

• Collaboration with product owners, game designers, and the marketing team.

• Experience in game development, understanding of industry styles, and ability to adapt to specific market requirements for mobile MMOs.

Bonus Skills:

• Knowledge of basic animation principles for creating animated promotional materials.

• Understanding of modeling and texturing (in case model adjustments are needed)
